Sudan

Sudan, the largest country in landmass in Africa, is one of it's most troubled. Since indepedence the country has had nearly constant instability with two large civil wars, the effects of which last until today. Despite the signing of peace accords by the two major actors in 2004, Sudan has stayed in the news with the continued conflict in Darfur, the western region bordering Chad.
